Course description

Theoretical course (face-to-face / online) of basic concepts. Recommended course for all those who want to establish fundamental knowledge of motor maneuvers in a sailing boat.

Knowledge you will acquire

General concepts of the electrical services of the boat and its handling.
General review of the boat's engine and its condition for operation.
Engine start-up and verification of its proper operation (Outboard and diesel engine)
Bow, stern and side dock maneuvers - Docking and undocking
Coverage maneuver to another boat
Fire and explosion prevention
Solution of contingencies during motor navigation
